2023 marks the 50th anniversary of Community First Step.  

What began as a forum for community development and action on social issues in 1973 has evolved into the dynamic organisation we are today. As we reflect on the past and celebrate our history and successes, we look forward to continuing our mission of supporting and empowering the culturally and linguistically diverse communities in South Western Sydney.
