Community Access

The CFS Community Access service supports and assists client’s engagement with the community and everyday activities.

 

The support can include:
  • Attending appointments (medical and other)

  • Shopping trips

  • Recreational activities

  • Social opportunities and events

  • Activities that enable an individual to develop individual skills and competencies

  • Building everyday skills to become more independent and build a greater sense of self-esteem

  • Supporting you to access the community for recreational, vocational and educational purposes
